Your Dog Isn’t the Problem.
They Just Need the Right Support.
Real training. Real life. Real results — for reactive, anxious and overwhelmed dogs (and their humans).
I’m not here to give you a checklist. I’m here to help you understand your dog, regulate yourself, and build a partnership that works — in the real world, not a sterile training hall.

WHY DROOPY CHAOS IS DIFFERENT
I Built This Because I Was Failed Too.
When I got my Neapolitan Mastiff, Mwaki, I tried every trainer, every method, every promise of a quick fix. None of them understood reactive dogs. None of them coached me.
So I built Droopy Chaos Dog Training around what actually works: emotional regulation before obedience, handler coaching alongside dog training, and setups that reflect your real life — not a controlled arena.
You will leave every session understanding your dog more than you did before. That’s the promise.
Not sure where to start? Let’s talk. 10 minutes. No pressure. No sales pitch.

Walk With Mwaki — Reactive Dog Neutrality Walk
What if your dog could walk past another dog — and simply not react?
This isn’t about forcing your dog to “be nice.” It’s about teaching them that other dogs don’t have to mean anything at all.
What Is the Walk With Mwaki Session?
Mwaki — my 80kg Neapolitan Mastiff — is a trained neutrality dog. He doesn’t react. He doesn’t push. He’s simply there, giving your dog a real, honest, living opportunity to practise calm.
This isn’t a controlled fake setup with cones and barriers. We walk in real environments: pavements, parks, local streets. Because that’s where your dog actually lives.
During the session, we focus entirely on emotional regulation — yours and your dog’s. You’ll learn how to read your dog’s stress signals, how to support them without making things worse, and how to build the window of tolerance that makes calm possible.
Who It’s For
- ✓ Dogs who lunge, bark, or react to other dogs on the lead
- ✓ Owners who feel anxious, embarrassed, or out of their depth
- ✓ Dogs who have failed group classes because they couldn’t cope
- ✓ Owners who want to understand why — not just suppress the behaviour
Who It’s Not For
- ✗ Dogs with bite history who haven’t been risk-assessed first
- ✗ Owners looking for a one-session “fix” with no follow-through
- ✗ Those unwilling to adjust their own behaviour and mindset
✦ What You Can Realistically Expect
- ✦ A clearer understanding of your dog’s emotional state
- ✦ Practical tools to use on every walk — immediately
- ✦ Reduced tension on the lead (in you and your dog)
- ✦ A proper plan for the next steps forward
How It Works
Brief Pre-Walk Consult (15 mins)
We chat about your dog’s history, triggers, and what a “good walk” would look like to you. I set realistic expectations so you know exactly what we’re working toward today.
The Walk (approx. 45–60 mins)
We walk with Mwaki at a distance your dog can handle. No flooding. No forcing. I coach you in real time — what to notice, what to do, what to stop doing. Distance is reduced only when your dog signals readiness.
Post-Walk Debrief
We debrief what happened, what worked, and what to practise next. You leave with a written summary and a clear next step — not a vague “keep at it.”
“I cried on the walk home — not from stress, but because I finally felt hope. My dog walked past Mwaki three times and didn’t lose it. Three months ago I thought this would never be possible.”
— Client, Harlow Essex
What You Leave With
- ✓ Written session notes and a personalised next-step plan
- ✓ Practical techniques you can apply the very next day
- ✓ A real understanding of your dog’s stress signals
- ✓ Access to follow-up support via check-in booking
“My dog is too reactive — this won’t work.”
That’s exactly who this is designed for. We start at a distance your dog can handle. There is no “too reactive” — there’s only finding the right starting point.
“Is Mwaki safe around reactive dogs?”
Absolutely. Mwaki is calm, trained, and experienced. He’s helped hundreds of reactive dogs learn that another dog nearby doesn’t have to mean danger.
“Will one session be enough?”
One session won’t transform everything — but it will show you and your dog what’s possible. Most clients book 3–6 sessions for lasting change.

Home Visit · Harlow & Surrounding Areas
Relationship Reset — Home Visit
Sometimes the problem isn’t at the park. It starts the moment they walk through your front door.
A home visit that looks at the full picture — environment, routine, relationship, and behaviour — and gives you a real plan to change it.
What Is the Relationship Reset?
This is a deep-dive home visit where I come to you. No neutral training ground — your home, your environment, your actual life. I observe, I ask questions, I watch how your dog moves through their space and how you interact with them. Then we work. Together. In the room where it actually matters.
This service is about resetting the relationship — the patterns, the communication, the emotional dynamic between you and your dog — so that everything else becomes easier.
What We Cover
- ✓ How your home environment affects your dog’s emotional state
- ✓ Communication patterns that may be causing or escalating reactivity
- ✓ Daily routines that need adjusting (feeding, greetings, exits)
- ✓ Foundational skills built in the context of your real home
- ✓ Handler coaching — your body language, your energy, your responses
✦ What You Can Realistically Expect
- ✦ A thorough understanding of what’s actually driving the behaviour
- ✦ A clear, realistic plan — not a generic handout
- ✦ Practical exercises to start that same day
- ✦ A shift in how you see and communicate with your dog
How It Works
Arrival & Environment Assessment
I observe your dog in their natural environment before we change anything. I watch them move, rest, react to you, react to the door. This gives me information no questionnaire can.
Deep-Dive Conversation
We talk through history, daily routine, specific challenges. I ask questions others don’t — because I need the real picture, not the polished version.
Hands-On Working Session
We work together, in your space. I coach you — not just the dog. You practise, I refine, we troubleshoot in real time.
Bespoke Plan & Follow-Up
You leave with a written plan tailored to your home, your dog, and your life. A check-in is available within the week if needed.
FAQs
How long is the home visit?
Approximately 90 minutes to 2 hours. I don’t rush.
Do you travel outside Harlow?
Yes. Within Harlow: £80. Outside Harlow (up to ~20 miles): £150 to cover travel time.
My dog is reactive to strangers — will that be a problem?
This is actually useful information. How your dog reacts to my arrival tells me a lot. I’m experienced with this and know how to enter and settle calmly.

People-Reactivity Specialist · Harlow
People-Reactivity Walk & Settle
Walking past people shouldn’t feel like defusing a bomb. Let’s change that.
Typical Triggers
- ▶ Strangers walking past on the pavement
- ▶ Joggers, cyclists, scooters
- ▶ Children — especially unpredictable movement
- ▶ Groups of people or crowded spaces
- ▶ Men with hats/hoods, uniforms, or high-vis jackets
✦ What You Can Realistically Expect
- ✦ Reduced reactivity threshold — more distance before your dog reacts
- ✦ Tools to interrupt the escalation cycle early
- ✦ Ability to settle in public environments (café tables, pub gardens)
- ✦ Massively improved understanding of your dog’s stress signals
FAQs
What if my dog lunges at people — is it safe?
Yes. We never put your dog in a position they can’t handle. We work at a safe distance, increasing proximity only at your dog’s pace.
How is this different from general reactive dog training?
People-reactivity has different root causes to dog-reactivity. The approach, the body language work, and the desensitisation protocol differ significantly.

Still Not Sure Where to Start?
That’s completely normal. Most people who book with me had tried everything else first, or weren’t sure their dog was “ready” for training. Let’s have a 10-minute conversation and figure out the right next step together — no pressure, no sales pitch.
“Even if we decide I’m not the right fit, I’ll tell you honestly who might be.”
Takes 2 minutes to book. No card required. Available mornings and evenings.
COMMON WORRIES, HONEST ANSWERS
You Might Be Thinking…
💸 “Is it worth the money?”
Think about what reactive walks currently cost you — in anxiety, restricted outings, the relationships it strains. Training is an investment in your quality of life and your dog’s. Most clients tell me they wish they’d started sooner.
🕐 “I don’t have time.”
Sessions fit around your life. Some are as short as 30–60 minutes. The check-in model means no heavy weekly commitment. We work with what you have.
😟 “My dog is too bad for training.”
I’ve never met a dog too far gone for progress. I’ve met dogs who needed a different approach. If I genuinely can’t help, I’ll be honest — and point you somewhere that can.
❓ “I’ve tried training before.”
Most people who come to me have. What they tried didn’t work — not because training doesn’t work, but because the approach wasn’t right for a reactive dog. This is a different way.
🐕 “My dog might be aggressive.”
Reactivity and aggression exist on a spectrum. We have a free call first to understand what we’re actually dealing with. I work with difficult dogs — that’s literally the point.
🌍 “I’m not sure you cover my area.”
I cover Harlow, Ware, Bishop’s Stortford, Epping, Hertford, Sawbridgeworth and surrounding areas. Virtual sessions are available anywhere. Drop me a message.
READY WHEN YOU ARE
Your Dog Is Not Broken.
They’re Just Waiting for the Right Help.
Every reactive dog owner I’ve worked with has felt exactly where you are right now — overwhelmed, embarrassed, and quietly wondering if it’s ever going to get better. It does. With the right support, it genuinely does.
