Emotional Coaching Urban Walk
(with or without a stooge)
This session is designed to help your dog build confidence, emotional regulation, and calm focus around other dogs within a controlled and supportive training environment. Rather than relying solely on exposure, the walk focuses on teaching your dog how to remain settled and make better choices when faced with real-world triggers.
You will be supported throughout the session with hands-on, step-by-step coaching, helping you improve timing, handling skills, and communication so you can confidently advocate for your dog in everyday situations. This ensures progress continues well beyond the session itself.
During the walk, another handler will handle one of our neutral, training dogs, creating a carefully managed setup that allows your dog to practise calm observation, engagement, and recovery — without pressure, forced interaction, or overwhelm.
The aim is to help your dog learn that, with your guidance, they can emotionally regulate, disengage when needed, and remain connected to you, transforming reactive responses into calm, thoughtful engagement. Over time, these sessions strengthen confidence, trust, and teamwork for both dog and handler.
The walk follows a planned 1.5-hour route and is priced at £80.
